Seer 占卜家
Ranged / Control
Read the board before you play it — divination, misdirection and fate-twisting trickery.
The Seer starts where Klein himself started: divination. In beta materials the pathway plays as a ranged controller that predicts, marks and punishes enemy actions, with divination-flavored mechanics woven into both combat and exploration. Out of combat, the Seer's dowsing and Spirit Vision naturally shine in the game's investigation and ritual content. As the pathway climbs toward Clown, Magician and Faceless, the kit leans further into agility, flame conjuring, illusions and disguise.
Confirmed as one of six playable pathways for the Crimson and Grey Fog tests.
Sequence Progression
The Fool pathway's ladder from the novel, starting at Sequence 9 Seer. Betas so far cover the early sequences — in-game ability kits for higher sequences haven't been officially detailed yet.
Seer
Divination — dowsing, cartomancy, dream divination — plus Spirit Vision and sharpened danger intuition.
Clown
Superb acrobatics, body control and emotional mastery; fights with agility and misdirection.
Magician
Performs real 'magic tricks': flame manipulation, sleight-of-hand teleports, conjuration and illusions.
Faceless
Shapeshifts into anyone previously seen, copying voice and mannerisms; can partially transform into monsters.
Marionettist
Turns defeated Beyonders into obedient marionettes controlled through spirit threads.
Bizarro Sorcerer
Wields bizarre space-warping sorceries and crafts Bizarro Puppets from Beyonder characteristics.
Scholar of Yore
Summons historical projections — ancient scenes, creatures and powers — through the river of time.
Miracle Invoker
Answers prayers and performs cross-space miracles by expending spirituality.
Attendant of Mysteries
A half-step god of mysteries; commands grey fog projections and fragments of fate.
Fool
The God of divination, disguise and fate, seated above the grey fog.
Advancing this pathway in-game
Advancement follows the novel's rules: collect the right potion formula and ingredients, brew the next sequence's potion, then stabilize it through the acting method — playing the role your sequence name describes until the power becomes truly yours. Rushing potions without acting risks losing control, and losing control in a world with a sanity system rarely ends well.
