Lord of Mysteries' Mobile Download Lists 29.33GB Across Three Packs
A September 5 player screenshot shows a 17.09GB required pack and two recommended packs, with more resources below. Here is what the Chinese download labels mean.
A September 5 player screenshot shows three Lord of Mysteries mobile resource packs totalling 29.33GB. A fourth card sits below them, with its name and size outside the image.
The player, 小小小小小怪兽, describes the download as a 30GB update and complains that their phone starts getting warm during it. In the screenshot, a required beginner pack is downloading while separate gameplay and dungeon packs wait in the queue. It does not establish that every existing account received a new 30GB patch.
The first pack is 17.09GB
The active row is 新手包 (Beginner Pack), marked 必下 (Required). Its counter reads 1.64GB/17.09GB, with a pause button on the right. Below it, 玩法包 (Gameplay Pack) is 6.40GB and 副本包 (Dungeon Pack) is 5.84GB. Both carry 推荐 (Recommended) labels and show 排队中 (Queued).
Those three displayed totals add up to 29.33GB. That is the sum of the pack sizes shown, including the portion already downloaded. It is not a measurement of the game’s final installed size. The partly visible fourth card also prevents this screenshot from establishing the full download total.
The two recommended packs account for 12.24GB of that visible list.

These are working translations for the China client. The line under the list says players can enter the game after the beginner pack finishes downloading. Later activities may still need the other packs.
The official storage target is at least 30GB
SPARK NEXA’s August 19 installation FAQ tells both Android and iOS players to reserve at least 30GB of free storage. It also recommends downloading over stable Wi-Fi because the resource volume is large, and says players can download core resources first during preload.
The 30GB figure is a free-space requirement from the launch FAQ. It does not identify the size of a September patch or say how much additional space a particular installation needs today. Likewise, the player’s screenshot does not show their previous client version or explain whether these packs were already on the phone.
For players using the Chinese interface, 允许流量环境下载 (Allow Downloads Over Mobile Data) deserves a check before leaving Wi-Fi. A 6.40GB gameplay pack is large enough to consume a limited data allowance on its own. Read each pack’s total and status before treating everything in the queue as an immediate requirement.
