A Lord of Mysteries Story Clip Lets Leonard Walk Through a Storm of Glass

A newly shared scene gives Leonard a slow entrance through floating mirror shards, with the rest of the cast caught in the middle of the attack.

Leonard gets to take his time. In a Lord of Mysteries story clip shared on September 8, mirror fragments hang in the air around a group of characters bracing for impact. He walks between them, reaches toward the glass and leaves the courtyard full of glittering debris.

The 57-second clip comes from LOTM Universe on X, which describes it as a rescue from the game’s character story. It opens in the middle of an attack and ends shortly after Leonard’s intervention. Story spoilers follow for the scene shown below.

A rescue with room to breathe

The camera spends the opening seconds behind a character in a dark cap, then cuts to an ornate clock. By roughly 00:16, a woman in a pale dress is surrounded by reflective fragments. Other characters hold their arms up or duck, with the red moon filling the sky behind them.

Leonard’s entrance slows the sequence down. Around 00:27, a gloved hand appears beside one of the shards. The camera follows his coat and red ribbon before showing the fragments breaking into bright particles near the people caught in their path. At 00:47, he stands in the middle of the courtyard while the others are still bent forward around him.

The scene gives the glass more screen time than the rescue’s aftermath. Large, dark pieces hang close to faces, and the camera slides past their reflective surfaces before they burst. That pause makes the distance between a shard and a character’s head uncomfortable.

One bespectacled character has a yellow creature perched on his head. It stays there while he ducks beneath the floating glass. The accessory sits awkwardly inside an otherwise grave scene, the sort of collision between character dress-up and scripted drama that an MMO can produce.

Near 00:53, the camera cuts to Leonard’s face. The Chinese subtitle reads 可以了 老头 多谢, roughly “That’s enough, old man. Thanks.” His brief thanks gives the rescue a more casual finish than the long approach suggests.
